NO PAIN, NO GAIN. Men’s physique, also known as body-building is a fascinating subculture based on “no pain no gain”, where the mind take over the body in a game of effort and strength. We all instantly get flash backs of retro images of a stage with muscle men in a over tanned oiled-up set up but the reality is that Men’s physique is very much alive.
